Viktor Yeliohin, Director and Teacher of VYIBA
Viktor Yeliohin, former soloist with the Donetsk Ballet of Ukraine is a Ballet Master, Professor of Choreography and Studio Director with a career spanning more than twenty years.
Born in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, Viktor began his ballet studies in 1967, graduating from the Tashkent State Higher School of National Dance and Choreography of Uzbekistan. Natalie James has been dancing for over 19 years throughout the East Coast training with professional instructors from the STEPS on Broadway, Viktor Yeliohin International Ballet Academy, Broadway Dance Center, and VanDyke & Company. She has had the privilege to work and perform with companies such as Piercing Word, PRiMA Theatre, the Ballet Theater of Lancaster, and Cojomotion. Natalie has been a featured dancer in local productions of Godspell, Aida, the Nutcracker, Pippin, Carousel, High Cotton, Thoroughly Modern Millie, A Season for Wishes, Cats, A Christmas Carol, The Secret Garden, Once Upon This Island, The Wizard of Oz, The Red Poppy, and Sleeping Beauty. Natalie has choreographed in the Lancaster area for VYIBA, the America-Ukraine Summer Ballet Camp, and Millersville University’s All Campus Music Organization. Natalie is thrilled to work with students in the Lancaster area and is excited to pursue her passion of the arts by helping others to grow as dancers and performers.
Stephanie Morales is a graduate from Belhaven University with her BA in Dance. During her time at Belhaven, Stephanie had the privilege to work with choreographers such as Vincent Hardy, Sheron Wray, Kim Nofsinger, Kellis McSparrin-Oldenburg and Brandon Mitchell as well as the faculty from her university. Much of her training was heavily focused in ballet and modern, but throughout the years has received training in other styles such as jazz and hip-hop. As a native from Lancaster, she has had the blessing of training at Viktor Yeliohin International Ballet Academy and Lancaster School of Ballet where she participated in there company performances. Stephanie is excited to be back home teaching and is looking forward to share her college experiences and training with her students.
Nadine Revene began her career at age 16 with the Broadway production of Call Me Madam. While she continued her ballet training she also appeared at New York City Center in revivals of such musicals as Carousel (Louise), King and I, Kiss Me, Kate, Finian’s Rainbow, and Brigadoon. On Broadway she appeared in The Music Man starring Robert Preston and Barbara Cook.
Her professional career in ballet includes Ballet Theatre (ABT), NY City Ballet, and Pennsylvania Ballet. While dancing professionally she toured Europe, Russia and the Middle East.
Ms. Revene has 30 years of teaching experience. In addition to owning her own studio in New York City, she taught at Ballet Arts, Alvin Ailey Dance Center and privately.
